The Boho Barn (1-Bedroom Farmhouse) by RedAwning

The Boho barn is located in a country setting on the back acreage of our

10-acre farm. The acreage is off a 2-lane main back road (River Divide Road)

into Pigeon Forge. Our neighbors have horses, goats, and dogs. They know when

it's supper time and get pretty excited about it. You may hear Smoky the Hound

Dog at that time. Although you sit at the back of our farm, sound travels in

the holler, so you may hear occasional traffic noise when outside.



We live in the little farmhouse at the front of the property (We give you all

the privacy, but if you need us, we are here for you)

The front porch of the boho barn is set to ensure peaceful private views of

the lush, flat land. There is plenty of space for your fur baby to run and

play. The whole backfield is for your enjoyment

Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the home alone unless they are kept in a

kennel

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning needed due to your pet, you will be charged

for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
