The game room is sure to be a favorite hangout spot, complete with pool table, air hockey, foosball, Connect 4 on the wall, checkers, and lots of board games. You and your guests can challenge each other to games while enjoying the mountain views. Fun for the whole family!
After a day of exploring the mountains, you can relax in the hot tub and let the jets massage away any stress. Then, gather around the fire pit and enjoy some s'mores under the stars.

There are NO SCARY MOUNTAIN ROADS!! Conveniently located between Sevierville and Gatlinburg, only 3.3 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, and you won’t be driving any steep, unpaved mountain roads to get there. Only 7.6 miles to Dollywood.
In the other direction, you are only 3 miles from Wears Valley Road. You’ll be close enough to all the attractions, while still feeling like you are “away from it all”.

Sleeping:
• Bedroom 1 (lower level) – King-bed
(lower level) – Twin-over-Full log bunk bed, sleeps 3
• Bedroom 2 (main level) – King-bed
• Bedroom 3 (top level) – Queen-over-queen log bunks, sleeps up to 4

Amenities:
• Outside: fire pit, picnic table, charcoal grill, log swing, and cornhole game
• Level 1 (downstairs): theatre room, DVDs, kids book nook, mini fridge and microwave, hot tub and seating area
• Level 2 (main level): electric fireplace, picnic table
• Level 3 (upstairs): pool table, air hockey, foosball, Connect 4 wall game, bluetooth jukebox, checkers table, plus lots of board games and puzzles

SLEEPING:
There are 2 master bedrooms, each with king beds. The third floor is considered the third bedroom with queen-over-queen bunks. There is a full bathroom on each of the 3 levels. But the children will be fighting over who gets to sleep in the twin-over-full log bunk bed in the downstairs theater room, which makes a total of 6 beds, and sleeps 11 comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Roku TV. (Just bring your own passwords!)

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully-stocked, including plenty of pots and pans, and stainless steel appliances. There’s a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, and of course 12-cup drip coffee maker and single-serve Keurig. There’s also a charcoal picnic-style grill outside. And that’s if you want to cook. If you don’t want to cook, you are only a short drive away from great places like Blue Moose Burgers and Wings, Bluff's Grill and Tap, Old Mill, the Local Goat, The Island, and even Chick-Fil-A, and so, so many more!!

AMENITIES:
The top level game room includes a pool table, air hockey, foosball, game table with checkers, and plenty of board games in the closet. The bluetooth jukebox lights up and plays music while you enjoy your games (just connect to your phone)!
The kids will love the play loft area, which is only accessible by a log ladder. (No children under 4 allowed on ladder. All children must be supervised by an adult.)
The lower level amenities include hot tub, theatre room with big screen TV, and Nintendo.
Outside amenities include: grill, firepit, log swing, and corn hole game.

DECKS:
There are 3 levels of decks. The lower level hosts a 5-person hot tub with extra seating and rope lighting. The picnic table on the main level deck allows for outdoor eating.
This porch was made for bird-watchers, as we host birds of all different kinds - hummingbirds, cardinals, chickadees, hawks and more! The upstairs deck features the most impressive 180-degree view of the mountains.

The cabin is also fully-equipped with Xfinity high speed internet. All TVs are smart Roku TVs with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. Just bring your own passwords.

DRIVEWAY:
Ample parking for up to 6 vehicles in the flat driveway. The picnic grill, picnic table, swing and firepit are located at the end of the driveway. We also have a cornhole game for you to enjoy in the driveway!

CHECK IN time is 4pm. CHECK OUT time is 10am. This gives our excellent cleaning crew plenty of time of sanitize and clean according to the CDC standards. We want to ensure that every step has been taken for the cleanliness and safety of your stay.

The cabin is NON-SMOKING and NO ANIMALS ALLOWED due to allergies. NO PARTIES!!! No more than 12 people allowed in the cabin at one time due to local fire codes. You must be 25 years old to book and agree to all house rules by signing the Short-Term Rental Agreement. (If you are looking to party, this is not the place for you!)
