Escape winter Special ! Retreat&Relax

Check our pet policy under the house rules. Very nice 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin with covered porch and hot tub. Setting on a small Private Mountain with security gate. Private but close to all the main attractions, just about 7 minutes away from main Parkway and Dollywood. Cabin comes fully equipped. Each bedroom has a TV with living having new 50 inch TV. Cabin does set on a mountain so 4x4 is recommended in the winter. Check our pet policy under the house rules.

Great cabin

My family and I had a wonderful time. This cabin is beautiful. It is close enough to town yet far enough you get the nature side. William nailed it with this cabin. Will definitely be staying here again.

Horrible management

This was the worst experience of my life. Got all the way to the property the owner didn’t activate the code. My family arrived around 11:30pm, tried until 2:30 am to get in touch with him and finally had to go spend extra money on a hotel room. Woke up the next morning trying to get in touch still ( no answer from him) until finally he messages and cancels and refunds our entire trip with no explanation. My family had to drive 5 hours back home because of this horrible management and not to mention it was mine and my husbands anniversary. The worst experience of my life!!!!!

Never again

We did not enjoy our time. When we arrived, we. Noticed holes in the wall, the place smelled musty, the bed mattress was worn out, and the wallpaper was peeling. It was obvious that pet owners had stayed before us and the pets had chewed the walls. Then to top it off, worms (centipede type) were crawling on the floor every morning. Never again will we stay there again.

Good for a quick getaway

Property fit our needs well. Close to Pigeon forge and not far from Gatlinburg. Property could be a bit cleaner and may need some maintenance but wasn’t bad overall. Outside hot tub was nice.

Steep and full of cracks pathway leading to the cabin which isn’t equipped for winter conditions.

The cabin has the amenities listed, however it’s in need of an update. The beds have a broken support, and wallpaper is ripped. My family and I spent our worst Christmas to date in this cabin. On Christmas Eve, the power went out and the cabin wasn’t equipped with candles or anything to keep us warm. The small fireplace didn’t produce enough heat, as it was under 20 degree Fahrenheit in the cabin. On Christmas Day, most locations in the county had power but the cabin didn’t. The “private” hill, which the cabin is located on was very dangerous which caused our car to skid a few times. For the safety and well-being of my family, we had to leave and rent a hotel. Communication with the owner was poor, he addressed the issue by saying many places in the county had power outages and there’s no candles. It has been over 48hr since I responded, by letting him now the cabin was unsafe (No first aid kit, no generator, no heating sources) and still no reply.

Amazing Cabin

This is a great cabin. It's only a few miles from the Parkway but feels secluded in the woods. The owner is great at answering questions and communicating with you. I will definitely be back.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY!

We love staying in Mr. Farmer's properties. The location could not be more perfect. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There were six of us and our border Collie and we didn't feel crowded. You won't be disappointed!

Great stay, convenient to Dollywood and other attractions!

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was convenient to Dollywood and other PF attractions, host was responsive and place is as pictures. The hot tub is lovely after a day of exploring! Sofa bed could have been more comfortable but everything else was great!

Great cabin and stay!

We loved our stay! Will was awesome and went above and beyond for us. The cabin was lovely and exactly as expected. The narrow and steep roads were a little scary for us Texas flatlanders, but we managed well enough. :)

Enjoyed our stay!

The cabin overall was great. Very clean and organized. The beds, as with most cabins, aren’t the most comfortable but they serve the purpose. I’d stay here again without question.

Great Stay.

We loved our stay at this property in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The cabin was clean, well furnished with all amenities and the beds were awesome. The cabin was just minutes to all attractions but offered a tranquil mountain getaway at the same time. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Very relaxing!

We are headed home now after a long with our son and his family. The cabin was perfect for the six of us. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was supplied as well as the amount of towels, etc. we are always trying to find a place that is private and secluded and this is!!! Thank you William for being available to answer questions in a timely manner! We enjoyed our time greatly and were able to leave while looking forward to a return trip.
