We provide propane tank as a courtesy. If it runs out or is out during your stay, please exchange it with a grocery store. Food city is nearby (within 0.2 miles) and is open until midnight. Very convenient to exchange. If you exchange the tank, the exchanged tank must be left in the same place where the empty tank was removed from. The empty tank must be kept outside the grill beside it

Guests can access the entire property. Please stay away from neighbors' properties

Other things to note:
✧There are cameras around the exterior of the house for your and everyone's safety
✧Early check in and late check out may not be possible due to cleaning/maintenance schedules. If there is a need, feel free to ask. There will be a $100 charge if it is possible
✧We provide you with toilet paper, towels, body soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and trash bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out
✧The cabin is in an area where nature is right at your footstep. Please caution for wildlife or any unwanted insect/creature you might come in contact with. This is very normal in the smokies. Refund is not going to be processed in these situations, but we can do our best to address your issue

Check-in Rules:
-Please look over cabin and report issues immediately

During Stay Rules:
-Do not use or put any liquid or solid soap in the hot tub
-No alcoholic products in or near hot tub
-When hot tub is not in use, place its cover on it securely
-Do not overload washing machine and dryer
-Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, big tissues and other big objects in the toilet
-No parties, loud music allowed
-No fireworks allowed
-No smoking allowed inside the cabin
-No pets
-No parking on yard or grass, only park on driveway
-Don't leave the stove, oven, fireplace and barbeque grill on when not in use
-Pull the bbq grill away from the house when grilling. When not in use, cover it back with the black cover completely
-If you know the bbq propane tank is empty, put it on the side outside the grill
-Camping out is prohibited due to neighborhood restrictions
-If there is something wrong in the house, we can provide a handyman. However please note that there is a hefty cost to that which we pay. If it is found to be an issue due to guest negligence/error, the handyman fee will be the responsibility of the guest
-No parking, gathering, trespassing in neighbors yards is allowed
-Don't use towels, rags for cleaning, instead use paper towel

Check-out Rules:
-Bag all trash and dispose in big CANs outside the property
-Wash the dirty pots, pans, utensils, plates and put them away
-Clean the barbeque grill
-Turn off the lights, fans, TVs, fireplace, stove, oven
-Lock the doors upon checking out
