There is a boat launch and lake swimming a short walk from the cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator. There is both a breakfast island and a dining table. A wet bar includes a mini fridge, coffee maker and wine glasses, There is a sitting alcove overlooking the lake for playing table games or enjoying your morning coffee The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed, a spacious tile shower and large screen tv.



The master bedroom has access to the outside deck with view of the lake and mountains. There is a studio room with a queen sofa and large screen tv. It also over looks the lake. There is a large covered deck that has spectacular views of the lake and Smokys. It is equipped with wicker furniture, rockers and a gas grill. There are 1 and 1/2 baths, three tvs and parking for both your vehicle and boat.



The cottage is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the main strip of Sevierville’s grocery and department stores. There is a fantastic 18-hole public golf course and water park 10 minutes from the cottage. Tanger Mall is 11 miles as is Pigeon Forge’s many attractions. Dolly wood is located at the south end of Pigeon Forge at the gateway to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains.
