The property features 3 ensuite bedrooms with king-sized beds and sleeps 6 guests (there is also an additional half bathroom). There are two decks, each designed with different activities in mind. One deck is for grilling and enjoying the epic quiet views while the other deck is for fun with a hot tub and corn hole. Guests can enjoy a beautiful kitchen which opens to the living room space making it easy to visit while getting a meal ready to enjoy. There is also an additional rec room area where guests can challenge each other to friendly board game competition or use the area as a dedicated workspace with access to FREE WiFi.

This property is nestled in a 24/7 gated community and offers additional amenities that are included but not factored into the rental price. Those amenities include: seasonal community pool (Memorial Day – Labor Day), pickle, tennis and basketball courts, corn hole, frisbee golf, and a pavilion. (There are three levels to this property but the basement is currently closed to guests.
