We offer a private entrance three-room suite in Sevierville, TN. The suite is two blocks from Parkway, the main artery to the Smoky Mountains National Park by way of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

Your suite is set up to provide a cozy and convenient vacation experience. You have a large screen TV, with HBO, Showtime and Cinemax, plus Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime streaming options. There is also a Blu Ray CD Player if you choose to bring your own movies. The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, plates, silverware, a 15" high side electric skillet that serves as a one burner stove and additional useful kitchen items. We provide coffee, tea, and an honor basket with snacks and soda. There is a library of books you are welcome to read, and a game table that doubles as a work space. We provide a Pack and Play for your little one that doubles as a changing table. And we have this thing about providing plush towels. See our amenity list for items not mentioned here.

You ll have a personal parking place, a private entrance equipped with a keyless entry lock and personal entry code emailed to you before arrival. Your patio porch swing allows you to sit back and enjoy the 1 1/2 acres of manicured lawn that sweeps down a gentle hill to the road that takes you to Parkway. We provide some outdoor activities, such as Corn Hole and bocce ball that you can use in season.

We do live in the top floor of the home, so you may hear footsteps. Our dog, Belle, likes to bark greetings to visitors. She's a Goldendoodle and a sweetheart. We abide by the same quiet time rules we ask of our guests, which is lower-level volume after 11:00 p.m.
