This brand new two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom retreat offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy comforts. Nestled amidst the beautiful surroundings, our cabin is designed to provide a memorable stay for families. We are conveniently located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood, **15 minutes to Dollywood and The Island, and 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg where you can find the Aquarium and Anakeesta entrance**

As you step in side, you'll immediately notice the professionally decorated interior and designer furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was made with your comfort and utility in mind. The cabin boasts a well-equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare meals spanning from frozen pizza, to a pancake bar, all the way to Christmas dinner.

The two bedrooms are on split floors with en-suite bathrooms providing privacy. Each bedroom has a private balcony entrance, with the upstairs bedroom having its own private, unshared balcony for the ultimate relaxation. There is a half bath in the basement which is perfect for the pool or anyone using our luxury, Article brand pull-out queen bed in the game room or main living room (Also an Article pull-out queen bed). The first floor bedroom has a king bed while the upstairs bedroom has two queen bunks.

Pool:
Our indoor pool is located in the basement, open year-round, and heated. The pool is serviced twice weekly to ensure safety and cleanliness. The pool room entrance door has a keypad lock installed for safety reasons, especially for families with small children. There is a second lock installed on the door to the pool from the outer deck. You can take a refreshing dip or enjoy some fun-filled water activities regardless of the weather outside. For ultimate relaxation, pop on the basement deck to unwind in the hot tub while basking in the tranquility of the surroundings. Our hot tub is treated and cleaned between every stay.

TV and Internet
High speed internet and smart streaming devices are available on each TV. Every bedroom has a TV, one in the game room and one in the living room. There is an Infinity game table in the living room on the main floor where you can play scrabble, virtual coloring books, and other family games. There is also XBOX live and a Nintendo in the basement game room along with our arcade game.

Security:
We have one camera installed outside on the corner of the cabin, facing the driveway. There are no cameras or recording devices located inside the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.
