Tucked into a peaceful wooded setting in Sevierville, Blackstone is a newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin designed for couples, families and small groups who want privacy while staying close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains.

HOUSE RULES – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

Welcome to 16 Miles Stays!

Our cabins are privately owned and professionally managed by 16 Miles Inc. We take tremendous pride in keeping our homes beautiful, comfortable, clean and well maintained for every guest.

We simply ask that you treat Blackstone with the same care and respect you would want someone to show your own home.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these House Rules.

MINIMUM AGE

The primary guest must be at least 23 years old, complete any required guest verification and be present at the property throughout the reservation.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana and vaping devices.

Evidence of indoor smoking or vaping may result in a $2,000 cleaning and deodorizing charge.

NO PETS

Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing for the reservation. Unauthorized pets may result in a $500 charge and possible termination of the stay.

NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.

Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful mountain environment.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE OR DECOR

Blackstone has been professionally furnished and arranged for appearance, comfort and safety.

Please do not move or rearrange beds, sofas, chairs, tables, televisions, lamps, rugs, artwork, decor or indoor/outdoor furniture.

Do not move furniture between rooms or floors. If a small item is moved during normal use, please return it to its original location before checkout.

PROTECT OUR HOME & SURFACES

Please do not attach tape, nails, screws, tacks, hooks, adhesives, command strips, stickers, decorations or similar materials to walls, doors, ceilings, cabinets or furniture.

Do not place hot cookware directly on countertops or tables.

Please keep wet towels, bathing suits, food and beverages off beds, furniture and other surfaces that could be stained or damaged.

Do not sit on indoor furniture while wearing wet clothing after using the hot tub.

LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Please do not remove or alter light bulbs, fixtures, lamps, switches or electrical equipment.

If a light is brighter than you prefer, simply turn it off and use another available light or lamp.

SHOES

Whenever practical, please remove outdoor shoes when entering the cabin. Mountain conditions can quickly bring mud, gravel, leaves and moisture indoors.

CHILDREN

Children must be appropriately supervised, especially around the hot tub, fireplace, decks, stairs, bunk areas, games, driveway and wooded areas.

Please do not allow children to climb on railings, tables, furniture or decorative features.

HOT TUB

Please rinse or shower before entering the hot tub whenever possible.

Never add soaps, oils, bath products, food or other substances to the water. Glass is prohibited in and around the hot tub.

Children must be closely supervised.

Replace and secure the hot tub cover after use. Never sit, stand, walk or place objects on the cover.

TOWELS & LINENS

Please use our towels and linens only for their intended purposes.

Do not use bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets or bedding to clean floors, shoes, vehicles, makeup or other items that could permanently stain or damage them.

At checkout, follow the provided instructions for used towels and linens.

KITCHEN

Please use all appliances only for their intended purposes.

Use the provided trivets or protective surfaces for hot cookware.

Before checkout, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and follow the checkout instructions provided for your reservation.

Please do not leave excessive food, grease or trash inside the cabin.

FIREPLACE & GRILL

Use the fireplace and grill only according to the property's instructions and never leave them unattended while in use.

Do not move grills, propane equipment or fireplace components from their designated locations.

PROPERTY & TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT

Please do not unplug, disconnect, relocate, reset, cover, disable or tamper with Wi-Fi equipment, security devices, exterior cameras, smart-home equipment, thermostats, televisions, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors or other property systems.

If something is not working properly, contact us and allow our team to help.

WILDLIFE

Blackstone is located in the Smoky Mountains, and wildlife is part of the environment.

Never feed bears or other wildlife.

Do not leave food, garbage, coolers or food containers outdoors where they may attract animals.

Keep exterior doors closed and secure trash according to the property's instructions.

DOORS, WINDOWS & HVAC

Close and lock doors and windows whenever you leave the cabin.

Please do not leave exterior doors open for extended periods, as this can allow insects, wildlife and moisture inside.

Do not operate the heating or air-conditioning system while doors or windows are open.

PARKING

Park only in designated parking areas.

Do not park on grass, landscaping, neighboring property or anywhere that blocks roads, driveways or emergency access.

DAMAGE OR MAINTENANCE ISSUES

Accidents happen. If something is damaged, broken, stained or stops working, please contact us promptly.

Early notification often allows us to solve a problem quickly and prevent additional damage.

Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or House Rule violations caused by anyone in their party.

TRAVEL INSURANCE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Mountain travel can be affected by weather, road conditions, power or internet interruptions, illness, flight disruptions and other circumstances outside the host's control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance appropriate for your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your reservation is subject to the cancellation policy displayed by Vrbo at the time of booking. Please review those terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
