The cabin is located in the Douglas Lake Resort where you will have seasonal access to the community pool, clubhouse, and boat launch. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the remote lake community, with a short drive to all the exciting attractions Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, including Dollywood Theme Park, scenic helicopter rides, zip lining, UTV rentals, and hiking in The Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

You will have access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin with a loft and wrap around deck. There is a locked owners' cabinet on the deck and the lower half of the pantry cabinet in the kitchen - please do not try to open them. There is parking available for 2-3 vehicles on the gravel area in front of the cabin. No one is allowed to park across the street from the property or on common areas or on others' property. If you need additional parking, please use the pool area parking, at the bottom of Carroll Hill.

**WRAP AROUND DECK**
With mesmerizing views of the Smoky Mountains, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. The deck features a multi-functional grilling station where you can cook up delicious steaks or burgers on the grill; eggs, bacon and pancakes on the griddle; or homemade pizzas in the pizza oven. Gather around the new dining table with stools while listening to the sounds of the forest. When it's time to wind down, relax in the lounge chairs with a glass of wine or Kentucky bourbon, or soak in the hot tub under the glow of the string lights.

**UPDATED KITCHEN**
You will be able to cook full meals or just snacks for the watching the game in this updated kitchen with new granite countertops and deep Kohler sink and faucet. It includes all new stainless-steel appliances, new silverware, cooking utensils and baking sheets. We have even included chopsticks for the sushi lovers. Store your snacks and dry goods in the upper pantry cabinet. We have added comfy upholstered stools - you may want to hang out here all evening.

**CHIC DINING BANQUETTE**
If morning coffee on the deck isn't your thing, enjoy your cup of joe in the dining room which features new banquette seating for four. This space is too cute!

**NEWLY FURNISHED LIVING ROOM**
Enjoy watching the big game or have a movie night with a 75" smart TV and DirectTV streaming. Two new comfortable swivel chairs, new curtains and artwork make this space a cozy hangout for family and friends. We hate sofa sleepers, so we have added a queen murphy bed cabinet with a 6" memory foam mattress and organic cotton sheets and duvet. Nobody will complain about sleeping in the living room.

**BEDROOM 1**
Features a new and warm, inviting design with a king bed and organic cotton sheets and duvet. Watch TV in bed with the new smart TV and DirectTV streaming. The private bathroom features new lighting, mirror and faucet, among other things. Leave your bulky shampoo bottles at home because we have provided complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, hand soap and a hair dryer.

**BEDROOM 2**
Is also newly designed with a king bed, organic cotton sheets and duvet, and velvet curtains for privacy. This room also has a new smart TV with DirectTV streaming. Convenient access to the shared bathroom from the bedroom which also includes complimentary amenities. Take a quick shower or relax in the extra deep soaker tub.

**LOFT**
Upstairs is a perfect hangout for teens or kids at heart. Take your buddy on in foosball or take turns beating each other's top score on more than 50 classic arcade games including Pac Man, Frogger and Donkey Kong. The space also has a new smart TV with DirectTV streaming, and board games such as Checkers, Chess, Backgammon and Tic Tac Toe. And when it's time for lights out, the loft has two twin beds with organic cotton sheets and duvets.

Travel to Douglas Lake Resort and Big Buck Retreat includes some winding and narrow roads. Take your time, drive slowly and watch for deer and other wildlife. We promise it's worth it!

The property features organic cotton sheets and complimentary amenities including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and a hair dryer. Also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in the updated kitchen. The loft features two twin beds, a new smart TV, board games and arcade games, but young children should be supervised in the loft at all times for safety. We know that sofa sleepers are back-breakers, so we have provided a queen murphy bed with a memory foam mattress for extra guests in the living room.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Booking guest must be 21+. All bookings subject to ID verification by Truvi prior to arrival.
- Black bears are often spotted in the area so be sure to keep your car doors locked and never leave food, coolers, or trash unattended outdoors, even just for a moment.
- Garbage must go in the bear-proof bins located in front of the cabin.
- No pets allowed - we love animals, but this property is intended for people only.
- Absolutely no smoking in the cabin or on the deck.
- Parking in the gravel area in front of the cabin only - no parking on the road.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Sound travels farther than you think.
