Share our little " Slice of Paradise" with our cozy rustic little cabin. The long winding road is well worth the trip. Don't stop 'til you get to the top! You're going to be in the mountains and enjoy a beautiful view, not in the valley with flat roads. Beautifully updated, secluded, cozy cabin with private hot tub and a peaceful valley view from your relaxing swing or the hot tub on the deck.

This location is private and just 15 minutes away from attractions like Dollywood, the beautiful Ferris Wheel, The Island in Pigeon Forge, the Aquarium, shopping, dining, hiking trails, waterfalls and so many family attractions!

There are three bedrooms, all with new comfortable queen mattresses. Two are located on the main level and one is upstairs, each with their own 32"ROKU TV and new ceiling fans.

There are two full bathrooms. The downstairs is all new, and has a new large shower and The upstairs has a shower/ tub combo.

The cozy living room has a new electric fireplace and a 55" ROKU TV for your relaxing pleasure after spending a long day enjoying the mountains.

We have a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite comfort foods for those nights you want to stay in. You'll also find a charcoal park grill for those who prefer outdoor cooking.

There's also a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

At night, you'll enjoy the relaxing sound in the distance of the mountain train from Dollywood, whistling through the woods, while sitting on the deck sipping your favorite beverage or just relaxing, soaking in the hot tub, while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the forest that surrounds you.

**Make sure to lock your car doors and don't leave food inside as we do get some visitors🐻 !!

Power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tub, television, etc.

"No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control."

*Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Renters or their guests as a result of the acts of said Renters and guests.

***Owner is NOT responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings OR Items left behind during their stay at the vacation rental located at 1529 Tyler Way, Sevierville, Tennessee.

*Upon payment for rent of this rental property located at 1529 Tyler Way, Sevierville, Tennessee, renter acknowledges acceptance of this rental agreement.
