The lower deck follows the same pattern — a fully screened enclosure housing the private hot tub for bug-free, weather-proof soaking any time of year, and a non-screened section with rocking chairs and open seating. Despite the serene setting, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood are all within fifteen to twenty-five minutes — with easy-to-navigate roads and beautiful scenery making it an ideal home base for exploring the Smokies. Some of the area's most popular destinations are just minutes away — Cades Cove, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hiking trails, white water rafting, zip lines, wine and moonshine tasting, Dollywood, downtown Gatlinburg, the Pigeon Forge Parkway, dinner shows, and more.

After booking, you'll receive a secure pre-arrival link to complete a brief online check-in prior to your stay. This quick step helps us confirm your reservation details and ensure a smooth, secure arrival. Your preferred stay protection option (refundable deposit or protection waiver) will be selected during this step. Any applicable pet fees are also collected during this step. Once completed, you'll gain access to everything you need for your stay — including detailed property information, local recommendations, our Smoky Mountain coupon guide, and your door code (released 24 hours before check-in).
