Our mountainside cabin offers many amenities including:

• Rocking chairs and swing for relaxing on back porch
• Roku TVs in living room & 1st floor bedroom with Hulu live stream access for movies & sports
• Charcoal grill (guest to bring charcoal)
• Pool table in loft area
• Vintage board games classics, including Scrabble, Monopoly, Clue, Sorry & Yahtzee, and chess/checkers set

NOTE: Upon booking, guest will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to host prior to check-in.

NO Smoking / NO Pet Policy must be followed (Registered Service dogs are allowed). Failure to follow will result in immediate eviction without refund plus a deep cleaning fee of $500. *As listed in the rental agreement*

The occupancy limit is 6 Guests. Rare exceptions will be made, only in cases of infants or small children. Owners must be contacted to request exception. Failure to follow the occupancy limit will result in immediate eviction without refunds given.
