🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to Appalachian Ranch! The cabin includes a large, open living area with comfortable leather couches and a large Smart TV. There is a separate seating area with arcade games, foosball and a gas fireplace. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. There is a beautiful wood dining table just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside or enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill and outdoor patio table.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and includes an attached full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of the cabin. There is an additional bathroom on the main level of the cabin and a Washer and Dryer available for your use. The cabin also has free High-Speed Wi-Fi!

Outside, enjoy plenty of outdoor seating with an outdoor TV, a wood-burning fireplace, a swim spa with updated deck or plenty of outdoor yard space.

You can also take a picnic outside and enjoy the patio table and the fresh mountain air.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/deck.
*There is also a strict no-pet policy in place.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
