Peaceful, recently renovated, fully furnished home in the heart of Wears Valley. Designed for comfort
and functionality, this cozy creekside retreat features fresh updates throughout, including new
furniture, TVs, dining table, bedding, paint, and more. The home offers two bedrooms with king beds,
plus two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping space.

Inside, you`ll find a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day in the Smokies, a fully
stocked kitchen for easy meals, and an eat-in dining area with plenty of space to gather. Upstairs, the
loft adds even more fun with a pool table and kitchenette, as well as a wide variety of both classic
board and arcade games making it a great spot for guests to hang out and enjoy time together.
Whether you’re visiting as two couples, a family, or a small group of friends, everyone has room to
spread out and relax.

Step outside onto the large deck to take in the peaceful mountain setting or unwind in the hot tub
under the stars. The outdoor space also includes comfortable seating and a wood-burning fire pit for
cozy evenings together. Located near hiking trails, outdoor adventures, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg,
and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this home is the perfect Wears Valley getaway.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks. There is also a strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
