Very nice, quiet place to stay. Everything you would need is available. Nice little touch was a small dog bed and blanket. So cute! Yard is perfect for a dog. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice place to decompress.

Yes, we had our dog with us and it helped to have a spacious back yard to walk him in. He wanted to play with the owners dogs but I think there was an invisible fence. Only negative I noted was behind the nightstands the floor was dirty. All else was great. Only noticed when having to plug in an extra charger

Our first visit to the area and we found the place very nice and well appointed. All of the entire place was recently renovated and in great shape. Easy access to all the venues in the three cities neaby. The family kitty was quite the greeter and we enjoyed her personality. Would choose this place anytime we visit.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 dogs. There was plenty of room and the house was very dog friendly. There is a large yard (not fenced) for your dogs to potty. There weren’t any check out instructions which was great. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It is an apartment below a home with another guest house next door. It has its own private entrance, and we heard very little noise from upstairs - less than you would normally hear in an apartment. It was VERY clean and seemed pretty new. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a little loud (you have to turn the TV up a little), but it didn’t really disturb our sleep. We would definitely stay here again, and I’ve recommended it to my family members in the area who have been asked by friends for lodging recommendations in the area. We did see the fireworks at Dollywood at night, and the view of the mountains when you turn in the driveway is stunning.

Vacation road trip

My husband and I were on vacation making several stops. This was one of them. We met my daughter there with her dog. They even allowed my two large dogs to stay. The place was so clean very quiet. If you want something outside of the busy hectic city like pigeon Forge, but still very close to that area this place is perfect. We spent Fourth of July there and we’re actually able to sit out on the lawn and watch the fireworks from Dollywood. Check In was very easy as well as checkout. If ever going back to that area, we would love to stay in this place again.

Great stay with modern amenities

The place was very clean with modern amenities. The view is fantastic and they have extremely friendly dogs and cats to make you smile. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. The bathroom was wonderful with the option of an easy-to-step in bath or shower stall.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

The property was beautiful and the unit we stayed in was SO nice. Frank and his wife did not miss a thing in supplies and furnishings etc. It was such a pleasure to stay here. This was our first time ever using VRBO and just very grateful that we found this lovely home. Thank you Frank for your restaurant suggestion it was wonderful! Will definitely be back and hope they are still providing the unit. Tried to add some photos but they would not upload.
