Waterfront Magic - 10 minutes from downtown Annapolis

A peninsula on the Severn River located in the beautiful neighborhood of Linstead. This home is a waterfront playground where guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises and water view rooms from almost every room on the first floor. The perfect property to bring family together for relaxation and entertainment at the same time!

The house comes with paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, and outdoor games (volleyball, badminton, corn hole, can jam, spike ball) and its very own tiki bar. The tiki bar is just steps away from the house equip with everything you need for entertaining (TV, refrigerator, toaster oven, its own grill, and serve ware). The house sleeps 8 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is a pop up (extra long) single bed with a brand mattress, a Pottery Barn pull-out couch, 2 full blow up mattresses and 2 large sectionals. We also have a room divider to create separation for kids sharing a common area while sleeping.

There is a large family room with a huge table to have family dinners, family game night or eat while watching a movie on room's 85 inch tv. We have a 75 inch tv in the basement den and a 65 inch tv in the living room. The house has 3 refrigerators (1 in the tiki), a large kitchen and lots of parking in the circular driveway. Located 9 easy miles from downtown Annapolis, 20 miles from Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and less than 30 miles from Washington DC.
