Welcome to your beach retreat!
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully equipped ground floor condo is located in the complex known as Sunset Cove Condominiums at the south end of Seven Mile Beach, and is just north of Georgetown. It is approximately 3 miles from the airport. The resort is directly on the beach and this condo allows for ocean views from the living room and patio.
The condo provides all the amenities of home including fibre optic cable/ internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. We also provide a library of some family and children's videos and books. The condo is equipped with high end linens and towels,that are professionally laundered off sight! and your beach towels are provided.
The complex includes a large tropical pool with waterfalls, a kiddie wading pool and a Jacuzzi and newly renovated swim up bar and restaurant called The Lazy Lizard, where you can enjoy a tropical drink and lunch. Steps to the water, you will find a protected marine cove and the opportunity to experience some of the best snorkelling that Grand Cayman has to offer. The vicinity surrounding the condo plays host to many different activities / excursions to engage yourself in the Cayman culture.
Excellent restaurants, night-life and shopping are with in walking distance to the complex or rent a car and explore the rest of the island. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your patio or beach while sipping your favourite cocktail.

To prospective guests: A new Hyatt Centric Hotel is being built behind our complex on the street. Construction will commence in Sept of 2026 with completion scheduled for the end of 2028. Our complex, Sunset Cove Condominiums, is a completely separate entity and will be fully operational during this period. We are located on the beach with all our own amenities, including a large tropical pool, kiddie wading pool, and swim-up pool bar. Every effort is being made to coordinate with the new hotel and we anticipate minimal disruption to our guests. In consideration of the construction, we are maintaining our 2025 pricing for 2026."
