* Beach Conditions: Please be aware that Seven Mile Beach can experience seasonal changes due to natural sand migration. As these variations are influenced by weather patterns, we cannot guarantee the availability or size of the beach at all times. If beach conditions are not optimal, you can enjoy comfortable lounge chairs around the pool area. No refunds will be provided for issues related to beach conditions.

* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. Guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their own policies.

* Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included. However, we are happy to arrange this service for an additional charge upon request.
