Stunning Ocean View Condo steps to 7 Mile Beach-Ground Floor!

Plantation Village Beach Resort is a great location on the south end of Seven Mile Beach minutes from town and walking distance to everything you may need, i.e. restaurants, groceries, shopping, diving, snorkeling, bars...

The ground level condo has just been completely updated and upgraded with a brand new kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is handicap accessible. The Master has a king size bed, direct access to the ocean view patio and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and direct access to the shared main bathroom. The third bedroom has a full size Murphy bed and a couch that converts to a twin bed. Our screened-in patio is steps away from the white sands of Seven Mile Beach to enjoy a sunset or relax in a beach chair. Our beach is usually small but very private. In the last couple of years our beach has suffered some erosion, but still remains. There is a beautiful large reef about 100 yards out from the beach with a plethora of sea-life.

This Resort has 2 fresh water pools! One large pool overlooks the ocean and another large pool has an island in the middle. FREE amenities on property include lighted tennis courts, children's playground, and two grilling areas (Weber Grills). Plantation Village also has paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles for your use, which you can use free of charge during office hours!

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, wine bar, serving dishes and a blender for your fruity cocktails at sunset. Brand new 42" smart TV in the living room with cable, TVs in 2 bedrooms, and high speed wifi in case you don't want to fully unplug. The resort provides high quality linens, bath towels, and beach towels with a mid-week towel exchange included. This condo also provides a safe to keep your valuables protected.

If you are bringing children the resort offers cribs and a highchair upon request. We also have a car seat, stroller, plenty of beach toys, and tennis racquets in our unit for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a zero depth shower (wheel chair accessible). The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Our villa boasts its own Coral Reef right off the beach to snorkel and access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc.) by taking a short walk to Marriott hotel. There are many reputable diving companies on the island that will provide an epic scuba diving experience.

Be sure not to miss a visit to the famous Stingray City where you can swim with the stingrays! Our front desk associates will be happy to help you book any reservations you may need. Also, within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, gyms, shops, restaurants, and a Wednesday Farmers Market. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to other parts of the island. It's also very easy and affordable to rent a car through Andy's Car Rental with locations at the airport and across the street from our resort. Just remember to drive on the left! Kirks Supermarket is about a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes on the bus toward Georgetown.

If you want a good Mudslide or Beer-garita, Coconut Joe's is a local favorite sport's bar right across the street with a large outdoor patio. It also hosts most sports events on a projection screen! If you want something a bit more formal, try the Grand Old House, The Wharf, or Calypso Grill.

Please note, we usually require Saturday to Saturday rentals for this condo. However, some months we can be flexible with this. Please contact the property manager if you would like to discuss your possible dates.

The front desk at Plantation Village is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday for checkin to answer all questions during your stay. Our knowledgable, local front desk staff can also book excursions for you and take care of any other needs you may have.

There is also a nightly security officer on property for your safety and to help in the unfortunate event that you lock yourself out of your room.

Another thing to note: The beach in front of the resort can be migratory with sand shifting at times due to inclement weather. With the island being as small as it is the beach's size changes in size quite often, i.e., sometimes the beach is small and sometimes the beach is large.

As a disclaimer, owner and property manager do not live in the Cayman Islands so once you arrive your main contact will be the front desk staff.
