Plusses: The condo was very pretty. The beds were comfortable It was well stocked with glass wear, dishes, utensils. The appliances were very nice. We went 3rd week of July so it was not crowded at all. Some added conveniences like a small cooler and thermos were appreciated. Check in was easy. Location is convenient for walking to many restaurants. It had a small gym stocked with free weights, treadmill and recumbent bike. Nice tv/entertainment system where you can also check flight information. Cons: The balcony slider does not lock on one side. (We were on second floor, so not really an issue, but it could be for some people.) We were WITHOUT WATER in the entire complex from approximately 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on one day. I didn't find the property manager to be especially responsive on that day. We also experienced very low water pressure the night before our departure, so I was worried we would lose it again the next day. It was fine, luckily. (but nerve wracking) There was no working safe in the unit. When I mentioned this the response was " It is broken, that's why we don't advertise it." But, I know I saw it advertised somewhere prior to booking. The beach, unfortunately, has eroded over the years so you can no longer walk up and down 7 mile beach. You can access the ocean but, admittedly, it's tricky. Overall, the unit is lovely. It had all the conveniences I wanted ( 2 bathrooms, washer/drier/full kitchen, balcony).

A DREAM

Amazing location. So many great food choices that are walkable. The staff was so friendly the pools and ocean access one of a kind we had the most amazing stay the room fantastic.

The property seemed perfect for our family. Had enough room, property was well maintained. Did not like the way people would put a towel on a chair to claim it and then not use it for hours.

We couldn't ask for anything more than what this beautiful space had to offer for our family vacation! Impeccably clean, centrally located, and with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a perfect stay in beautiful Grand Cayman. Had a great time at Regal Beach Club

Regal Beach’s grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The condo itself fit our needs for two couples but could have been a little cleaner in some parts of it. (Baseboards, bathroom tile, bathroom floor behind door etc) Overall though, our stay was very nice and we had a great time. I do have to mention that there is zero beach right in front of Regal Beach Club…I mean zero, but literally right next door, there is some beach. The pictures I’ve seen posted are not an accurate depiction of how much beach is in front, so beware. It did not, in any way, hinder our time though. You are also right across from the street a restaurant called “Peppers”. You must try it! Food and atmosphere were perfect!! Lastly, bring water shoes for sure. Right off the shore it is slightly rocky and can hurt your feet.

A great facility and unit

Our party of four adults, 57 through 62 stayed at this property for 10 days in July, and had a great time. The property is spacious, clean, well equipped; washer/dryer, TV, stereo, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer and microwave. You might have difficulty cooking a large meal, but utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc... were adequate for the bit of cooking that we did. There were cleaning supplies available; the broom and dust pan were useful with all of the sand we tracked in. There were bath rags/towels and beach towels. We spent most evenings on the screened patio, which is equipped with a ceiling fan; which we never could figure out how to run such that it blew air down onto us. The pool was clean and never crowded. If you want a nice beach to lounge on, this isn't the place for you, as the waves come right up to the seawall, even at low tide. But water access is easy, and we spent two of our ten days at the pool and in the Caribbean in front of the facility. There is snorkeling at the Marriott, adjacent and to the south. If you want long beach walks, like the two women in our party, you'll want to walk north up the street for a quarter mile before accessing the beach, as two more places just to the north of Regal Beach Club have no beach, requiring you to navigate waves crashing against seawalls. All in all, a great facility and unit which we highly recommend.

Slice of Paradise

We stayed for a week at what felt like a home away from home. The resort and #421 were welcoming, clean, came with a great view and a few short steps to the water. The beach has washed away a bit but was still usable and absolutely breathtaking! It was a great central location on SMB. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and the on-site management staff were very helpful! We have ZERO complaints and would happily stay again! We definitely recommend #421 to anyone wanting to enjoy an amazing stay at Seven Mile Beach!!

Great location, great stay

The condo and property are pretty well maintained. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the location was great - walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We also played tennis on the court they had on the property. Although there was a small beach in the backyard, you do need to walk just one block to get to the actual walkable 7 mile beach. But that was not an issue for us. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family of 3. The property was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. This was a great first trip for our 3 year old. Convenient to everything , Easy walk to restaurants, camana bay and supermarket. We walked to the Public Beach Access and rented wagon from tourin tots, everything worked out so perfectly as we were situated in the perfect place. Property manager and staff professional and easy/pleasant to communicate with. I couldn’t have wished for more. It was perfect and an easy redo.

Clean and well located condo

The place was as advertised. This is a 2 bed 2 bath home with a nice screened in porch. The furniture was in good shape and everything worked well. Lots of good restaurants near by.

A great place to stay!

The place was beautiful and right in the heart of everything! I didn’t bring this up with management, but the twin beds were not even close to comfortable. They made for great suitcase stands though. Luckily my best friend and I were able to sleep in the same king sized bed with no issue for us, but I’d hesitate if I had 4 or more people with me.

Beautiful water

We loved our stay in the Cayman Islands! The water was warm and so beautiful the pictures do not do it justice! Would definitely stay in this condo again….super spacious, very nice kitchen and the furniture was new and pretty!

October vacation

Condo is perfect for us we have plenty of room. Clean And well-stocked. Pool was great, temperature was perfect water was clean. Great location, really Could’ve done without a car. We will definitely be back!

Cayman Girls Trip

Four of us visited the Caymans for a girls' trip. This property hosted us perfectly. We had plenty of room, a great view from the couch, and a quick walk to the beach. Juliet was so easy to contact, even when we had questions about the air on the first night. It is walking distance to several restaurants and things. We had the best time, and basically, decided we are retiring in the Caymans!

Good villa, great location very clean

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is spacious. It was very clean and centrally located, so that you can walk to many areas around Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Villas manages the property. They have 3 amazing women that work in the office. They were very friendly, accommodating and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The washer and dryer in the unit is definitely a bonus but the dryer may need to be repaired or replaced because it took multiple cycles to dry a small load of clothes. Most of our experiences with the property were positive. There were more pros than cons by far, however, cons: twin beds need to be replaced in the 2nd bedroom. The box spring was very creaky and mattress not comfortable. The mattress in the master was comfortable but there was also an issue with either frame or boxspring being very creaky. The last thing worth mentioning was that check in begins at 4 pm but the office closes at 4! To be fair, we arrived a little earlier and they allowed us to enter early but the process simply does not make sense. In spite of the cons, would I stay again or recommend absolutely. Nothing I've said was a deal breaker.
