Being ground-floor means direct access to the world class outdoor space and no need to carry bags or groceries up stairs. Need to top up your lemonade while lounging at the pool? No problem!

Guests have access to 650ft of private beach with the rare find of lovely mature sea grape trees offering shady spots to sit with stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. No crowds here! There are plenty of beach chairs, loungers and tables both at the beach and along the expansive pool deck - spread out and enjoy your peaceful paradise. Swim in the sea, float in the large pool and soak in the hot tub.

The lounge opens onto a shaded screened in patio with four seater table and three seater couch. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air & amazing sunsets lounging on the sofa.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need during your stay, including outdoor dining sets for eating at the pool & gazebo, BBQ gear, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cupboard and counter space. It has an open plan bar counter with four barstools next to the dining room with a large six-seater table.

The master bedroom is spacious and airy, with French doors opening onto the screened in patio. It has a new king bed, new smart TV, walk-in closet and ample space for luggage. The en-suite bathroom has vanity area separated by a pocket-door from the bath/shower and toilet, so lots of space and privacy.

The second bedroom has two twin XL beds that can be combined to form an American king bed. There is also the option to add a single kids air mattress if you have three kids and would prefer them all in the bedroom. Let us know in advance if you would like either of these alternatives. The room has a full closet and a new smart TV.

The comfy lounge has a 55" Ultra High Definition Smart TV with cable and a new sleeper sofa with a great memory foam full mattress.

Central air conditioning will keep you cool and there is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

From personal experience, we understand how helpful it is to have children's amenities at the destination while traveling. We have a Pack N Play travel crib, high chair, kids utensils & dining ware, books, toys & games, beach toys waiting for you to lighten your suitcases.

Located on a side road off of the main road, The Grandview has a fantastic balance of more privacy than most beachfront complexes, while being centrally located within walking distance of several popular attractions. An easy walk to numerous fantastic restaurants, from casual to high end.

Stay active at The Grandview with a fantastic jungle gym right in the sand for the kiddos, a fully lit tennis court & separate Pickleball court (book your slot), or a day pass at World Gym across the street.

For anyone with a green thumb there is also a small greenhouse, where you might find some fresh herbs.
