• Both bedrooms feature king beds with quality linens and blackout curtains to help you rest well.

• Bath and beach towels are provided for a laid back, comfortable stay.

• Flat panel HDTVs (with Netflix access) and a large, comfy lounge and dining space for relaxing evenings.

• Thai Orchid – Long standing favorite for Thai cuisine and sushi in a relaxed setting, approximately 12–18 minutes’ walk.

• The Kitchen – Casual choice for hearty breakfasts, comfort food, and easy takeaway, walkable in about 10–15 minutes.

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

• Accessibility: Ground floor unit with step free access, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The place was perfect! it was very clean and had beautiful views. it is more ironshore than beach out front, but it was a short walk to SMB. Being on the end of SMB it was a bit more quiet which was nice, but also had walkable restaurants near by. Nice place

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoplum property. It was one of the most well stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in and had everything we could possibly need. The home was very clean, beautiful, and the location was extremely convenient.The pool was great and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Our friends stayed at another Cocoplum property nearby and it was perfect as well, which says a lot about the quality of these homes.The only small downside was the cruise ships nearby and the beach being a little rocky in places, but overall it was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Great ocean views, steps to the water

The apartment complex is easy to find, the apartment is renovated and comfortable. Views of the water are very good, steps to the pool and ocean. The management company is excellent at communicating with guests.

Steps to water

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is perfect for either cooking yourself (very close to two grocery stores) or walking to local restaurants. You wake up to a water front view with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunsets. There is also a pool that over looks the water.

We really enjoyed our stay. Walk out the back patio and the view was amazing. The place was clean and the property manager was very responsive. She even got us some more beach chairs for our stay. I would Highly recommend this place. just a note the beach area at condo is rocky so bring water shoes. We spent our days at Governors beach and it was great!

June Vacation

My husband, daughter, her fiance and myself choose this place because of the location. The condo did not disappoint. Perfect location, perfect set up. Everything we needed was there. We were within walking distance to Kirks market and town. We cooked a few meals in and went out for a few meals. Was perfect. Jayne the property manager was available via email and always quick to respond. Water shoes are needed to enter the water but once past the rocks you are good. My guys enjoyed snorkeling the wreck right to our left.

Wonderful welcome back to Cayman

CocoPlum is wonderful old Caymanian feel. Quiet, close walking distance to much of what Seven Mile Beach has to over and local buses and taxi’s are abundant. Staff at CocoPlum is friendly and helpful. Breathtaking and private feeling beach area. We will definitely be coming back. Charm and everything you could wish for in a stay.

Beautiful Rental

This rental is beautiful! Management is awesome! Location is not quite as great as we thought it was going to be. We had a beautiful view however the beachfront is very rocky and difficult to get in the water. The picture does not fully show this. In the picture it shows the rocks on two sides but in between it is very rocky but you can't see it in the picture. Had to go to a public beach which was beautiful and fortunately we had rented a car. We were there during the beginning of low tourist season so the beach wasn't crowded. Still we booked thinking we could walk out front and jump in. Sadly we couldn't.

The Absolute best beach front Condo

From the time we pulled in and open the door to the condo we knew we had made a great selection for our stay. We were ground floor so we walked out onto the covered patio and then just steps to the sand and pool. The views from the windows were incredible., ocean and more ocean. We could tell it had been remodeled and it was spot on beach sheek. It was immaculately clean. Big kitchen, full stocked, opened to the living room. Beds were great and we slept well. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided. This was our first trip to grand Cayman and the location was the best. Everything on 7 mile beach was 1 to 5 minutes. A huge bonus was a sunken ship, "the Gamma" was right out our back door. We love snorkeling and the shipwreck was awesome. Plus it didnt require a long swim or paying someone to boat us out. Its maybe 30 yards from the shore. The property manager, Pam, was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and gave great restaurants recommendations. We are already planning our return. We highly recommend Cocoplum. We also thought it was a great value for our money.
