"Clean room, great staff from the reception to the bar/food team"

"I think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. So I hope for ur facilities worker can look...

"The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city. "

"I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "
