Family time, peace, great views and private swimming pool!

The Moinho do Marco offers you the best view over one of the most beautiful bays in the world, the Setubal Bay. The Moinho do Marco is surrounded by nature and just 3 Km away from the old part of Setúbal, where you can enjoy its restaurants, the fish market, the beaches...

There are two different accommodations in our property completely independent: the mill, intended for couples, and the family apartment for up to 5 members. The owner lives in the property but there is a 100% respect policy so all of us enjoy its privacy.

The apartment offers a calm environment for a family of five seeking time together in a relaxing setting. To reach the apartment there are some stairs but the apartment itself is set in one level.

The fully equipped apartment has been completely renovated in January 2020. Its 56 m2 are displayed in two bedrooms: one master bedroom with a queen-size no-end bed (160 x 200 cm), another with bunk-beds (90 x 200 cm.) and an extra bed/baby cot in main room, bathroom with large shower cabinet, fully equipped kitchen and a living & dining area. You may also opt to take breakfast outside, in your private terrace or by the pool.

In front of the apartment you will enjoy your private garden you may find the swimming pool, the shaded terrace and the sandbox.

Surrounded by vegetation, the shaded terrace has wooden chairs, tables and deck chairs to hunker down comfortably to read, relax or just to see the wonderful views over the Sado River estuary and the Tróia peninsula as well as to observe the flight of the birds from the Arrábida Natural Park. It is a perfect area to make "family time". There are always toys available.

The sandbox is placed by a peach tree, under its cool shade kids spend a lot of time playing in their own paradise. Buckets, shovels, cars, trucks... all is provided! This "private beach" keep children very busy.

When the dawn comes, it is simply fantastic to lean under the stary sky in which we can see clearly the constellations. Summer nights even offer us the meteor shower.
