House with a lovely garden that's not visible from the street

Our house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries after your long days of discovery of our singular island!

It is composed of an open living room (kitchen, dining room, living room), spacious and bright overlooking a small garden with many species and a wooden terrace protected by a pergola where you can enjoy your various aperitifs, meals and reading breaks.
Upstairs, you will find two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and a pleasant bathroom.

Our house is located in the old farmhouse district where you have walking access to all the local services: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.
And for your travels:
* Bus lines 1, 2 and 7 less than 100m away (direct access to the covered market and the train station)
* 5min drive from:
* Etang de Thau (seagull beach!) - or 10min walk
* Whale Beach (Lido) - or 10min by bike
* Halles (city center) - or 10min by bike

** During the hot summer months, our garden will be very grateful if you water it.

** You will be responsible for feeding our cat, a nice independent maincoon, who lives outside at night but can be present for his nap inside during the day.
There is no litter box in the house, so your only task will be to feed and drink him morning and evening as well as get him out before you go to bed.
