On the ground floor, you'll find a contemporary decor, a large living/dining room with a table and chairs, two sofas, a television, and Wi-Fi access. This area offers access to the pool through two bay windows.
A fully equipped kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine. Don't forget the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 200cm bed, a wardrobe, and direct access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 2 with two 90cm twin beds, two dressers, a wardrobe, and access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 3 has a 140cm bed, storage, and a private terrace. Bedroom 4 has a 140cm bed. Finally, a second bathroom with a very large walk-in shower and double sinks.
Parking is available inside the garden and 2 spaces in front of the gate. Pets are not allowed.
