Holiday Rental in Sète: Spacious 4-room old duplex apartment of approximately 100m² on the 2nd floor without elevator. In the city center area, the apartment is located only 5 minutes from the shops of the typical halls and fish market. Balcony with exceptional view of the quays and port of Sète. Comfortable, this apartment for 6 people is composed, on the first level: a large entrance, large living room with spacious rooms with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, wifi and decorative marble fireplace. An equipped kitchen (hood, electric and gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher) opening onto a small veranda. A bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping side: First bedroom, facing south with a view of the lighthouse and the entrance to the port, is equipped with a 140x200 bed and storage space. Second bedroom, also with a view of the quay, is equipped with 2 90cm beds, storage and third bedroom with a 140x200 bed with a view of the roofs, storage. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. Little extra of the apartment's location: Do everything on foot, stroll along the canals of Sète and stop to recharge your batteries with lunch at the Halles de Sète: local and seafood products; it’s a friendly and unique moment. Anau beach 2km away. Lazaret beach 3.6 km and Corniche beach 4.2 km.
Bus stop in front of the apartment (line 8) serving the SNCF station and the beach.
