On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room with a table and chairs, two sofas, a television, and Wi-Fi access, all decorated in a contemporary style. Two French doors open onto the pool area.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine. A shower room with a shower and toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, there are four spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (200cm), a wardrobe, and direct access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90cm), two chests of drawers, a wardrobe, and also access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140cm), storage, and a private terrace; bedroom 4 with a double bed (140cm). A second bathroom features a very large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Parking space is available inside the garden, and there are two additional spaces in front of the gate. Pets are not allowed.
