Beautiful house of 110 m2 completely renovated in the "baraquette" spirit typical of Mont Saint Clair.

Located on the southern flank of Mont St Clair overlooking the city and overlooking one of the most beautiful views of Sète over the sea, the port and the Gardiole.

Garden of 1000m square calm and raised with aromatic herbs and wild corners. You will feel like you are in an isolated corner of paradise in the world ...

The 7m x 3m swimming pool, with its stone walls and its exotic wood beach, is completely integrated into the landscape.

The many terraces will give you as many opportunities to sunbathe, relax in the shade of the pines or take your meals enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea.

The city center with these lively central market halls, the canals and numerous shops and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away.

The Paul Valéry museum, the Marine Cemetery, the Panoramic of Mont Saint Clair, the Môle Saint Louis or the 'Quartier Haut' are tourist sites easily accessible on foot.

The beach is very close. The coves are a 10-minute walk away and Villeroy beach with the Lido promenade, wide sandy beaches and beach restaurants is less than 3 km away.


The house is ideal for 2 or 4, but can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. It is made up of:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm) with private bathroom and toilet, (this bedroom is separate from the main part of the house)
- a bedroom with 2 small beds (90cmx190cm),
- a bathroom with toilet,
- a fully-equipped kitchen,
- a dining room (up to 8 places at the table),
- a large living room - living room that can be separated into with a convertible sofa with a double bed (140cm x 190cm).

House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young friends to organize parties or other.
