The well-equipped kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, opening onto a bright living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a television. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a large wardrobe. A separate sleeping alcove with a door and window provides access to the outside, along with two bunk beds (90cm) and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine. There is a separate WC.

Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in summer. Outside, a private terrace adjoins the apartment, furnished with a table and chairs shaded by an awning, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing. Private parking space #457 is included in the residence. An ideal base for a holiday with family or friends, offering peace and quiet by the sea and comfort! Pets are not allowed.
