"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"We spent 2 days at the garden pod. There are 3 of us - mum, dad and a teenager. We visited Swaffham for its attractions and sights as well as using it as a base to travel further around Norfolk - Wells, Thetford, Hunstanton. The hosts looked after us really well."

"Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb."

"This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. "This is a delightful cottage, with a cosy sitting-room and then much larger than expected and extremely well-equipped kitchen/diner at the back. We didn’t have sitting out weather, but there is a small secluded garden at the back which would be lovely in summer - better than it appears on the Vrbo photos. Despite being on a road called High Street it is very quiet. A bonus is the well above-average quality selection of books and DVDs available."

"We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication.
