O único imprevisto foi que a chave da portaria não estava abrindo e toda vez que precisávamos ir ao apt tínhamos que ligar para abrirem remotamente , apesar da disponibilidade em abrir sempre que precisávamos sempre ae cria uma expectativa com medo da bateria do cel acabar, de não atenderem o tel"

"Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight.
