Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite shows on the wide-screen TV, or dine at the table. The large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, furnished for your comfort, and take in the stunning sea view.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery.

Rest well in the first bedroom with a homely queen bed, wardrobe, and balcony access for a breath of fresh air. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a wardrobe. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

Refresh in the bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Bus stop, Av Náufragos, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 56-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
