Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection
Two comments : Air conditioning at room 3405, was bit too cold. Despite changing many times (incl hotel technicians) it keeps at below 23. Normally, 23 is fine but it felt much lower than 23. Stayed 5 nights and the breakfast menu was the same. Would be nice if can alter a bit. But overall, The Millen ...

大変清潔、かつ、ラグジュアリーな客室で、スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしい。朝食も大変美味しかったです。歴史地区からはGrab taxiで10分ほどです。
