Your villa, located in Valras, with an area of 55 m² for 6 people, consists of:

- Terrace with small fenced garden;

- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils);

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200);

- Bedroom 2: single beds (2x90x190)

- Two bathrooms with shower, and separate toilets;

- The accommodation has air conditioning;

- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;

- Heated communal swimming pool;

- Private and free outdoor parking space no. P34;

- Possibility to borrow board games and an iron at the reception.





The La DUNE residence is ideally located:

- 450 metres from the sandy beaches;

- 2 kilometres from shops and restaurants;

- 2 kilometres from the supermarket;



Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- End-of-stay cleaning: €90

- Bed linen pack: €16 / bed

- Towel pack: €12 / person



A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
