Beautiful holiday home with private pool

This beautiful, newly built holiday home is situated just outside the centre of the Provençal village of Sérignan-du- Comtat (0.5 km). The house is surrounded by a stunning, well-maintained, enclosed garden with a variety of terraces alongside it and wonderful, tucked-away places to sit and daydream under the trees. In front of the house, you'll find your own private swimming pool - great for a refreshing dip! The modern kitchen offers direct access to the lovely, covered terrace, where you can spend your evenings enjoying the delicious local produce that you will be cooking on the BBQ or the 'plancha'.

You are within an hour of the many tourist sights of the departements of Gard, Ardèche and the Drôme. Some interesting sights to visit include the amphitheatre in Orange (9 km), the medieval town of Vaison-la-Romaine (28 km) and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche (roughly 50 km) with its charming little beaches and canoe hire.

Sérignan-du-Comtat is located in the Vaucluse region, which is well known for its quaint wine villages such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Rasteau (15 km). A ride along these wine villages is breathtaking and absolutely worth the time. Should the kids get a little bored of touring the villages, you can always take them to the crocodile park in Pierrelatte (34 km) and to the Château du Cirque park in Piolenc. Here they can see the preparations of the circus acts of the National Circus Alexis Gruss.
