"Breakfast was very poor. Very little was out and then, not very fresh. Walked into the room and had a huge black spider on the bed. I tv didn't work so we called and he came to fix it. We have a son at college so we come often but need to look at another hotel. Paid too much for what we got."

"The hotel was located on the outskirts of the area I was visiting and offered a very budget-friendly option, which was exactly what I needed. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The front desk clerk went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. That level of care made a simple, affordable stay feel much more welcoming and appreciated."

"Super clean room. Black out curtains were nice. The AC was also really nice and could be set below 70, which most places do not allow. Easy access to downtown Columbia."

"The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. "

"First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...

"having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!"
