"If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. "Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information. When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package. We clearly explained that we already had some activities booked and would decide after...

"Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....
