Sequim home next Discovery Bike trails
4 of us stayed 2 nights and we had a great time. The bike trails are about a block away from this beautiful home. This waterfront home includes a picturesque view of Sequim Bay. The host is very personable and very helpful. Great location, close to the bike trails, casino and town.

Peaceful Retreat
We have been coming up to Sequim every 3 months or so, but this was a first-time stay here. It was easy to find and access and we found the home to be warm and comfy. It actually snowed shortly after we arrived, so that enhanced the incredible view across the bay. The owner was there and available to provide a snow shovel so we could get in and out easily. This was one of the best VRBO experiences, so we will be back, hopefully soon.

This apartment is immaculately clean and well-stocked, including many brochures and books about the area. The view of Sequim Bay is great and it was a nice, quiet place.

Perfect Getaway
A beautiful space that provides a perfect respite for a girls weekend away. A short drive to Sequim and many pleasant outdoor activities. We have been several times and it is our first choice whenever we visit the area!

Beautiful view
We enjoyed our short stay at this amazing home while visiting the Olympic area. We were on the go non-stop and this home was the perfect spot for a hot shower, comfortable beds, and a perfect view.

Serenity with an ocean view!
Comfortable, clean, and gorgeous view! Our property host, Judy, was only a call or text away if we needed anything, but everything was so well thought out ahead of time, that the only thing I couldn't find was coffee filters. No big deal though. I always travel with some just in case. The location was excellent for us! Being just a few minutes away from the Olympic Discovery trail was awesome, as one of the things we came to do was some bike riding. We were only a short drive from Sequim and other attractions... like the Olympic Game Farm. It may sound corny, but highly recommend going! We had a blast! Loved all the animals! One thing to brush up on before you go is backing up in your vehicle. The driveway is kind of steep, so the best way to park is backed in so you don't have to back up up hill. At night, in strange surroundings, it can be a challenge! We loved our stay and would go back again, for sure! Thank you, Judy, for sharing your property with us! Loved seeing the deer nibble on their daily meals out under the apple trees, too!

Cozy and Relaxing
What a wonderful property! Perfect for my little family on a road trip. We used the house as a home base while we explored the Olympic National park. So clean, comfortable! Deer in the backyard, sunsets/sunrises every morning over the water was just what we needed!

Wonderful, quiet, clean, spectacular view
Our stay was totally delightful and carefree. Property is clean and well-cared-for, with all the amenities and equipment one needs, including a very comfortable bed. The view is mesmerizing and quite magical. Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We’d love to return very soon.

Lovely apartment and excellent location
The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with a beautiful view of Sequim Bay. The location is close to the Olympic Discovery Trail and Sequim Bay State Park and a short drive to downtown Sequim. It was easy to communicate with our host, Judy. We hope to return next year!

Quiet scenic location near attractions
Vacational rental was very clean and convenient to Olympic park, Sequim, and Port Townsend. Being on the Bay was great for relaxing and viewing the wildlife and watercraft activity. Host was very prompt and clear with all communications. Would enjoy staying there again.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, and the View!
This rental is a two bedroom basement apartment in a beautiful home. The home is located on "high bank" waterfront at the end of a long driveway. It's very quiet and peaceful, and the view is stunning. The only neighbors we saw were a doe and her twin fawns who came to eat the fallen apples and plums in the yard. The apartment is clean and VERY well appointed. The furniture is comfortable, and the king bed is one of the best I've slept in. I kind of want to know the manufacturer! Judy, the owner, is very kind and accommodating, and communication was terrific. Location is great for any Sequim based activities. It is only 1 mile from the John Wayne Marina where we went kayaking, and only a few blocks from Sequim Bay State Park. We are hoping to stay in this home again in the near future!

Waterfront Property
This property was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, well equipped, incredible waterfront views and very close to the John Wayne Resort… where we visited with our family and friends who were camping in their RVs.

Great spot. Near everything and everywhere. Our nephew played golf as we hit the trails. Then hit the casino which was way near. The accommodations are excellent. Super clean and cozy. Includes everything you can need. Thank you for the hospitality. Loved it.

We had a wonderful peaceful stay here. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the lavender farm nearby and the national park. Highly recommend!

Everything you need
Great host as she provided all the great excursion ideas that kept us busy. Prefect place to relax with stunning views. We saw seals playing in the water and 2 bald eagles flying overhead. Only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Sequim-Try the Sunshine Cafe for great breakfast.

Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing
Unit is the lower level of a lovely home and grounds with beautiful view of the water. It was perfect for our group of four; couple with 6 year old + grandma. Comfortable, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Large grassy sloping yard has chairs, picnic table and fire pit. Young children need supervision outside as there is a drop-off at the water. Nice place to relax after we had done several one night stops and lots of driving. Only drawback was no washer and dryer.

Lovely waterfront property
We really enjoyed our stay. This is a self-contained and well-designed apartment within a larger house. All of the rooms have water views and the backyard has several inviting spaces to sit and enjoy the water. We did not meet our hosts in-person, but they reached out to tell us everything we needed to know (including how best to park). Everything worked perfectly. Very quick ride into Sequim, but the house feels like you're pleasantly far away from it all.

Lovely space
We enjoyed our stay! A quiet and serene location with a beautiful view. Cozy and warm! Lovely artwork! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. We could have enjoyed the view a bit more if the windows were clean. The living room sofa sitting cushions are worn out and terribly uncomfortable and the antique rocking chair is not comfortable for sitting to watch a movie. The one lounger chair was the only comfortable piece of LR furniture. After a day of hiking and exploring, having a comfortable place to sit and relax at our age is important. :-)

What a view!
The listing was accurate and the view (from every room!) is stunning. Judy's communication was timely and the check in process was simple. The layout is a daylight unit (lower level of the home) facing the bay with a bedroom at each end. The decor is tasteful and the furnishings comfy. The location is a quick drive into Sequim for shopping and restaurants, while both Port Angeles and Port Townswend are within easy reach if one wishes to expand one's culinary options. But we love traveling to the penninsula most for the special combination of the water, the mountains, and the forest - and this home is perfectly situated to take advantage of it all. Families with young children should be careful as the property has a steep dropoff to the water. This is a great getaway for one person, a couple (or two couples), or a family. Just don't schedule it when we want it next ;-)

Perfect getaway
The property is wonderful with gorgeous views of the water and surroundings. We built an outdoor fire and hung out at the pit for hours watching the sealife and chatting with Judy, our fabulous host. She has put everything you will need in the place and if you are like me, will wish you could stay longer.

Serenity on Sequim Bay
Judy's waterfront home has a gorgeous view of Sequim Bay and a large and beautiful yard. The walkout basement of her gorgeous home has HUGE windows all the way across. You can see the water and the seals playing from every room! We saw the most amazing sunrises without getting out of bed. The WiFi was strong, as was Verizon cell signal. The kitchen wasn't very big, but it had all we needed for cooking our meals. The living room furniture was comfy, as was the enormous bed in the main bedroom. We had plenty of hot water and towels in the bathroom. It was carpet-free, thank goodness. Everything about the apartment was high-end and just perfect. The backyard landscaping interested us, especially the many varieties of fruit trees and bushes. The deer liked to eat the plums and apples, which our pups strongly resented, LOL. There's plenty of room to walk the dogs around the backyard (Watch that bluff!) and a long driveway to walk to the road. The Olympic Discovery Trail is right there, and Judy said you could walk it to the state park nearby. Next time, for sure! Judy was welcoming and very helpful. She let us know that the rental was ready a bit early on our check-in day, which is always nice to hear. She gave us our space, but was there if we needed her. We'd recommend this place to anyone, it's that good!

Wonderful place
We loved our time here. Stayed with my cousin and my puppy. The kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises in the morning. My puppy enjoyed playing in the grass out front. It was a peaceful and relaxing get away.. Would definitely rent again.

Spectacular property
The view is spectacular and comes with bald eagles, deer and seals. Incredibly quiet and peaceful. 30 minutes from ferries. Easy day trips to Victoria and Whidbey Island. Bed is very comfortable with crisp linens. Note for seniors: There are no grab bars in bathroom and sofa sits very low. Overall though, 9.8/10.

Relaxing stay on Sequim Bay
As soon as we arrived we felt, welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. The space is clean, well laid out, and well stocked (kitchen, etc). The yard is relaxing and spacious with beckoning Adirondack chairs. We spent each morning sipping tea and watching the bay. This home is out of town (not far), but a great jumping off point for your outdoor adventures. Judy’s space is so enjoyable that I would return to Sequim just to stay again! Traveled with one grandma, mom, and preteen.
