Unwind in Seoul at this charming apartment. With a cozy bedroom featuring a full bed, kitchen, private badthroom, WiFi, AC, a washing machine, dryer that guests can relax in comfort. House Rules:
-Do not smoke near the building or throw cigarrette buds on the floor. There will be a penalty fee if its done.
-No smoking
-No loud noises or parties
-Quiet after 10pm
-No shoes in the room
-Keep the place clean and please becareful with the furnitures and appliances
-If there are any writing markings on the bed sheets or whatever, the guests would need to replace it.
-Do not take anything from the room which does not belong to you or there will be a fine.
-Keep Dehumidifiers on 24/7. Once the dehumidifiers are full of water, empty the cartridge from the room and cleaning the filter.
-Follow Trash Rules
-Electric and Gas will be paid the day before your check out or month-to-month depending how long you stay.
-If staying for 15 days, 50% of the gas and electricity bill is paid seperately.
-If staying more than 15 days, 100% of the gas and electricity bill is paid seperately.
-During Winter Dec and 2nd week of March, Gas and Electricity comes to around 50,000-175,000won depending on your usage. Spring and most of Fall comes to around 25,000won-75,000 depending on usage.
-Wifi and water included with the rent.
-If there is more than 1 person living in the room, the guest would need to pay all the utilities including water, wifi, internet and T.V.
-If staying for 2 months or more with more than 1 person, water, wifi and T.V. will be included with the booking price.
-Make sure to leave the restroom window open for air circulation.
-Only throw toilet paper away in the bathroom toilet and nothing else. If there is an issue and other things are found, the guest will have to pay for the cost.
-Please make sure to check and clean the dryer filter.
-If you check out later, there will be a fee.
-There will be an extra charge for early check ins.
-If trash is not properly thrown out, you will be fined and there will be a fee as well.
-Do not dye your hair in the bathroom.
--Only during winter cold times, make sure to let the kitchen and bathroom sink water drip by drip and have the automated heating system and hot water on before leaving your place. This will be discussed in detailed several days before checking in.
