This hotel was one of the worst hotels Iāve ever stayed.I would never ever recommend people to stay. I couldnāt believe they offer wedding there.
Cleaning was not done properly (beds were not made properly, bath was also always clogged), toilet was clogged and had an awful smell all over my room, position of shower and bath were awful so it made the entire floor covered with splash after every single shower we took so I had to use my towels spread on the floor to stand on it, the window and security box were broken and the room(nobody came over to fix even if I told them so)The bed been so humid and uncomfortable by feeling the fabric of my beds were always kinda wet..
Their customer service was also terrible that even the front desk did not speak any proper English or they just did not understand English, not being able to solve customersā problems from their facilities.
Their food service was horrible as well. They just serve the same terrible food everyday.. the eating environment was so dirty and it was not cleaned at allā¦I did not eat my breakfast toward the end of my stay because it was too disgusting. It even should not cost $10..
The water park(water kingdom) next to the hotel was also dirty and disgusting. Parents allowed kids pee at the corner of the floorā¦ their water was not even clean filled with whatever garbage and weird bubblesā¦I got my eyes infected after swimming there. It was terrible water Iāve ever been and I cannot let my kids swim there..too risky.
