The kitchen is open-plan and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you'll find a room with sloping ceilings ranging from 120 to 255 cm in height, containing a french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the balcony. Another room with similar sloping ceilings houses a larger french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and also has an exit to the balcony. There is a separate WC on this floor as well.
