"Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The room had visible mold on the ceiling, and we also discovered bugs inside the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the property does not have an elevator, meaning guests staying on the upper floors must carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. No assistance was offered, and when I specifically requested help with our luggage, I was informed that no staff were available to...

"Gerne wieder!"

"The room and bathroom are tiny, but they worked for us."

"Easy Check-In. Extrem freundliches Management. Very Early Check-In war möglich, vielen Dank! Nachts ruhig."

"The property management folks were on the grounds everyday and although its largely a self service property, they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The hotel also sits right next to major freeways a rail-lines which is awesome! Great experience"

"Excellent facility. The staff are top notch. Located close to parks, castles and renovated old town."

"Good but very far from the city. The staff wanted me to leave at 11:00 pm, when I asked about a late check out, or he was going to charge me at 11:31 h! There was a guy at my door room asking me to leave at 11:10 pm! The front desk guy was very unpolite. Breakfast was very good. "
