The swimming pool offers panoramic views, surrounded by green spaces and overlooking the hills and the Adriatic Sea. Around the house, meadows, trees, and a forest of century-old pine trees alternate. The barbecue area and the covered dining area serve as a natural extension of the house during the high season.
