Cozy camper with everything you need. Located in Clemson Hills RV Club, you are just minutes away from Clemson University, Lakes Keowee and Hartwell, Seneca, and the mountains! It’s a great location to stay if you are visiting your student, friends or family, coming to a Clemson game, or needing a romantic getaway! This campground has a wonderful host named Paul and all neighboring campers are friendly and helpful.
This cozy camper offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or getaway. The kitchen comes with pots, pans, dishes, keurig, crockpot, an electric Dutch oven, gas stovetop and gas oven. Fresh linens are provided for the bedroom along with a tv, two closets, and an under bed storage area for clothes, shoes, and more.
Enjoy a hot shower in the bathroom which also provides towels, hand towels and wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner, a first aid kit, hair dryer, steamer for ironing out those wrinkles, and many other bathroom essentials.
In the living area you can enjoy the warm fireplace on cold evenings with numerous soft, cuddly blankets in two leather recliners. Enjoy watching the tv or if you like, have a little fun with some games that are provided. A small bar is also located in the living area to store all of your favorite drinks.
Outside provides many opportunities to come together with fellow campers or your family and friends. With a large deck beside the camper you can enjoy great conversation with other guest, friends and family. using the grill, griddle or outdoor stove to cook a delicious meal, all provided with the camper. The camper comes with two outdoor rugs, an outdoor love seat and two cushioned chairs with ottomans so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset looking over the mountains and a gas firepit to use on those chilly evenings . A small outdoor refrigerator is also included to hold your favorite beverages! Coming soon is a small private deck that will be added to the camper site.
In the campground there is a clubhouse to hang out in, a washroom, a walking trail around the campground, and an extra activity area with a fire pit, some outdoor games and more are currently being added.
Pets are welcomed! Camper comes with many essentials for your fur babies. For cats there is a litter box, mat, cat bed, an outdoor cat tent with runner toys, and food dishes. For dogs, there are some chew toys, food dishes, a walking leash with bathroom pick up bags for disposal.
Camper uses propane gas for heating and has electric air conditioning. It comes with 5 propane tanks already filled for you to use. Campsite has full hookups.
