Beautiful Updated Clemson Lake House - 4 Miles from Downtown Clemson and the Stadium

Beautiful updated LAKE HOUSE - 5 Minutes from downtown Clemson and Clemson Memorial Stadium (Death Valley) The lake house has a dock and Lake toys for everyone to enjoy, there is a: paddle board, Kayak, Lake couch, floater, and Life jackets. Outside you will also find a nice sitting deck over looking the lake with a Blackstone grill, 2 Fire Pits, Hot tub, and pathways to get you down to the dock. Inside you will find a beautiful updated home with Smart TV's all throughout the home.

We are local, and can come by the house in person if needed!

You will have access to the entire house. There is 3 locked Owner's closets 2 upstairs, and 1 downstairs, please do not access these during your stay. Plenty of parking, we have a 2nd gravel drive that can fit 5 cars plus the main driveway that can fit 4 cars..
