We have cable channels and NFL Sunday ticket. So many others are cutting corners on this and who knows what else! We use You Tube TV for cable channels that include the local channels.

We provide almost everything you need for your stay; linens, towels, dishes, drip and a Keurig coffee maker plus starter supply of coffee.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen. Stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator with water/ice in door, stove/oven, & microwave). Drip and Keurig coffee makers provided with starter supply of coffee, sugar, artificial sweetener, as well as coffee filters if you wish to bring your favorite coffee with you. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, casserole dishes, dishes, cups and eating utensils. Custom built farmhouse style dining table is located off the kitchen.

FAMILY ROOM: Family Room has two comfortable couches with built in recliners. Two ceiling fans. Roku Television with Direct TV & Blue Ray DVD player along with movies in TV console. Wood burning fireplace. Futon for additional seating with charging station located on end table next to futon.

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms on main floor, each room has 2 double beds. Master bedroom on second floor has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has a charging station on the nightstand and a ceiling fan. All bed linens provided. Futon in Family Room will open to a full-size bed. Air mattresses are available for additional sleeping if needed, please request in advance of your visit.

BATHROOMS: One full bathroom on main level of home has a custom tile walk in shower (remodeled in 2023). Second level of home has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo (remodeled in 2022). Bath towels and wash clothes provided.

LOFT: Loft area on second level contains a pool table, pub table, ceiling fan, games & books for your use. Washer and dryer are in loft area along with iron & ironing board.

BACK PORCH & GRILL AREA: Screened in back porch with rocking chairs overlooks lake and dock. Adult life jackets are located in a deck box on the back porch. Please bring your own life jackets for children, to ensure a proper fit. Recycling bin provided, please rinse any items before placing in bin. Charcoal grill with gazebo cover is in the back yard.

TRASH: Trash bins are provided in a shed on the right side of the house, close to the front door. All trash must be bagged before placing in the trash bins. Please make sure the shed lid and doors are closed to keep out animals. Any trash that will not fit in the two provided trash bins must be placed on the back porch or taken to the local waste disposal center located at 298 Perry Woolbright Road, Townville, SC 29689.

DOCK: Two kayaks, a paddle boat and a canoe are located on the dock for your use. A porch swing and stackable Adirondack chairs for seating. The dock ladder is angled when in the water to provide an easy step-like access in and out of the water. There is room to tie up a boat alongside the dock. Ten-foot water depth is normal at full lake levels. Dock has lights and electric outlets for radios, charging trolling motors etc. Dock power is protected by a GFCI circuit. It is highly recommended that life jackets are worn when in the water or using any watercraft.

PARKING: There is ample parking at the front of the house.

• Clemson University – approximately 15-minute drive, 9.9 miles
• During the Fall/winter and droughts if the lake is lower than usual, we move the dock over to the left maybe 75 feet so that we are in deeper water. We have stone steps to the left of the walkway to make it easier to get to the dock. You can still see the dock from the back porch.
