"Good hotel, but cleaning could have been better (on the 5th day, we found a box of juice under our bed which wasn't ours, so we imagine no one cleaned under it during that period), and we expected more amenities for a 5 star hotel (bathroom amenities weren't replaced or refilled over night, for example). Still a good deal though, and a very good location in Soller. Employees were very friendly and breakfast was very good."

"A primeira noite foi terrível, pois o ar condicionado não resfriava. Passamos muito calor e acordamos exaustos na manhã seguinte. Ligamos para a recepção para informar o problema e nos disseram que um técnico estava a caminho para resolver. Após o café da manhã resolvemos tratar com a recepcionista sobre o problema novamente, antes de sair para o passeio. Ela informou que o técnico já havia consertado o ar-condicionado e que nós deveríamos manter a porta da varanda fechada para melhor...

"Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma. "
