"The property was in need of attention not up to spec and the oustide garden pool area was not maintained at all.The upstairs bathroom was in need of service the shower hardly worked and the drains smelt so bad we ended up using the downstairs bathroomThe beds are very old and very uncomfortable Its a very dark property very little light which maybe in peak summer keeps it cool but otherwise it just seems very dark."

"The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction."

"The hotel has just been refurbished, when we arrived and for the first couple of days, there were still workmen on site going about various jobs. We were initially surprised at this but all were very polite and apologetic about any noise they were about to make, and really didn’t disrupt our stay at all.
